Museo del Ghisallo, plans for its twentieth anniversary event get going

Numerous events, collaborations, and initiatives marking the founding anniversary

Plans for the Madonna del Ghisallo Cycling Museum’s birthday event (on 14 October 2026) get going with a season of events, partnerships and initiatives devoted to the 20th anniversary of its founding in 2006 by Fiorenzo Magni.

The most important new features include Specialized and Vittoria, historic cycling brands, and a special “20 x 20 x 20” collection offering an overview of twenty bikes which have made recent cycling history, from Pogačar to De Vlaeminck. And on top of this there is a retrospective exhibition set out in the museum’s temporary exhibitions room, which looks at its first twenty years as the greatest museum in the world devoted not to a single champion but to all cyclists, both men and women, with 3000 items and a growing number of visitors, especially from abroad.
