The old Hotel Regina on Lake Maggiore
The Ticino ferry (1959) — converted from an old steam barge and fitted with two diesel engines — carries up to 100 passengers and 15 vehicles, providing the ferry service between Maderno and Torri.
The old pier of Laveno can still be recognised thanks to the architecture of the buildings in Piazza Matteotti.
