The Foundation fosters strategic partnerships designed to enhance the area’s national and international tourist appeal by way of mediation, co-ordination and consultation with tourism professionals and partner bodies. This synergy takes concrete form in an online catalogue offering authentic experiences capable of highlighting the area’s cultural traits. Its name reflects a shared desire to respond to traveller’s needs – e.g. recharging their batteries – by putting their needs centre-stage.
