Once again this year, to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, Navigazione Laghi participated with symbolic initiatives on Lakes Maggiore, Garda, and Como. Its vessels and operational offices were decorated and illuminated in red to raise awareness among passengers, tourists, and staff about gender-based violence. A red banner was also hung in the Milan office and a message supporting the fight against violence was displayed on board the boats. This commitment is not only symbolic but also practical: to promote awareness of the anti-violence hotline 1522 and provide information and support to all women in difficulty, the official flyer prepared by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Equal Opportunities was posted in strategic locations.
